2.SAP Finance/Controlling Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION (Environment / Missions)

· Analyse business requirements and propose appropriate systems or revisions that meet business needs.
. Participate to local or international projects
· Develop system and program specifications required to deliver IS solutions.
· Develop computer programs (ABAP, SAP Scripts) according to the program specifications
· Ensure that proper system, program, and computer operations documentation is developed and maintained.
· Develop necessary user documentation and conduct user training.
· Implement SAP solutions including global, regional and local applications
. Provide SAP Application support
. Communicate system problems to TIS colleagues and external consultants

CANDIDATE PROFILE (Education / Experience / Behavior)

· University degree in Computing Science or related areas with 5-8 years of IT experience. (3-5 years for Analyst programmer)
. At least 5 years SAP customizing experience on FI, CO
· Must possess a strong understanding of programming and systems design principles.
· Must have solid experience in application development and implementation.
· Must have good verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese.
· Must work well as a member of a cohesive team.
· Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure with tight schedules
. Must have good understanding of SAP functional modules and database

3.This role is a global workflow analyst role that will be providing operational support to end users primarily in Planning and Scheduling sub process.
Experience in Supply Chain Planning and Scheduling sub processes. Bachelor's degree in chemistry or science or engineering or logistics. SAP experience is a definite plus.

4.This role is a global workflow analyst role that will be providing operational support to end users primarily in Plant Maintenance; Project Systems sub process and secondary support for Investment Management and Asset Management workflows.
Experience in Plant Maintenance, MROS inventory and Project Systems sub processes. Bachelor's degree in chemistry or science or engineering or logistics. SAP experience is a definite plus.

5.This role is a global workflow analyst role that will be providing operational support to end users primarily in Finance (Customer Financial Services, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. The job duties vary based on the experience and level of the individual.
Experience in Financial sub processes. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or computer science or engineering. SAP experience is a definite plus.

6.This role is a global workflow analyst role that will be providing operational support to end users primarily in HR (Payroll and secondarily Personnel Admin and Organizational Management)).
Experience in Human Resource sub processes. Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or business. SAP experience and payroll experience is a definite plus.
