一、详细职位描述:
1. TSS Director
职责:
执行并贡献于公司总体营销策略;
建立并维护良好的大客户关系;
负责人员派遣客户方的沟通,建立新的合作机会;
协助聘用适合的外派工程师,确保项目按时完成;
负责事业部总体运营管理。
要求:
本科以上学历,计算机及相关专业;
具有5年以上客户相关工作经历,3年以上大中型企业中层管理经验,熟悉外包行业并愿意从事此行业工作;
具有战略化的客户关系意识和处理问题方法;
具有建立与维护与关键人物的沟通渠道及合作的经验;
出色的沟通技巧, 思路清晰,思维敏捷,富有创造力,亲和力强;
英文书写和交流流利,具有一定的商务谈判能力;
熟悉软件外包市场、销售渠道者者优先。
2. PDS Director
RESPONSIBILITY (职责)
1.Provide leadership to the software engineering team for outsourcing projects.
2.Work closely with the management team to define business direction.
3.Work closely with project team and clients defining to ensure development meets or exceeds customer requirements. This includes ensuring that product designs are well document and communicated.
4.Provide sound decision making for software engineering and product development, sensitive to the constraints and needs of the business.
5.Drive overall operation of delivery team in Beijing including but not limited to P&L management.
6.Monitor technology trends such as emerging standards for new technology opportunities
7.Develop and execute software engineering plans, and manage software engineering schedules and resource allocation and budget. This includes managing joint development with 3rd party vendors if there is.
8.Ensure, and create as needed, software engineering processes, practices and operations to ensure reproducible development and high quality, while keeping costs under control
9.Engage in hands-on, in-depth analysis, review and design of the software, including technical review and analysis of source code. Will include reviews of in-house developed code, as well as review of technologies adopted by customers.
10.Build up internal software development practice including coding standards, technical documentation standards, build process, configuration management, quality assurance process and continuous process improvement methodology.
11.Provide employee career development and teambuilding
12.Provide employee coaching and mentoring
QUALIFICATIONS (要求)
1.Extensive experience with developing and delivering commercial or enterprise software required.
2.BS Computer Science or BS EE required. MS preferred.
3.3 Years software architecture and engineering required (very important – 3年以上系统设计工程师或者架构师)
4.3 Years project management experience required, including experience managing development teams with over 20 people. (20人以上团队管理经验并且拥有丰富的软件产品或应用项目管理经验)
5.Experience with Microsoft platforms and Linux required. Master one of following languages: C#, C, C++, Java.
6.Experience with networking architecture and protocols such as TCPIP, HTTP, SOAP, SOA-Web Services.
7.Experience with .NET framework or J2EE technology.
8.Strong work ethic –professionalism, responsibility, and proactive-ness.
9.Excellent English skills in both oral and writing
10.Oversea study or working experience is a plus (3 years oversea experience or above)
11.If no oversea experience, experience working in foreign multinational company R&D center is a plus too.
12.Experience in software internationlization engineering and sustained engineering is a plus (有软件产品的版本维护工程经验或者国际化工程经验者优先)
3. Senior Account Manager
职责:
负责软件外包业务及客户开发,客户关系维护。
职位要求:
本科以上学历,计算机相关专业;
三年以上IT行业相关经验,熟悉软件外包企业业务发展模式及运作流程,有良好的off-shore或onsite 业务开发(BD)业绩优先;
富有工作激情,乐于并善于完成挑战性的工作;
有海外或者国际IT巨头企业工作经历者或拥有甲方相关资源者优先;
优秀的沟通能力、谈判能力,英语听说读写流畅。
4. Senior PM
职责:
大型本地化项目管理和协调
项目人员管理及激励
要求:
5年以上本地化行业工作经验,3年以上本地化团队管理经验
大型本地化项目的管理经验,熟谙本地化项目实施流程和质量控制流程
具有优秀的团队管理经验和项目管理经验
具有优秀的客户沟通能力,技术能力强
中、英文语言能力优秀
5. Senior Egineer(onsite US)
Location: Irvine, CA, US
Description:
This would require working with the software engineering team, the build team, release management, localization engineers and testers.
Localization project management is required - reviewing specs, negotiating schedules, triaging bugs, working with localization vendors, working with localization engineer and tester, might require some work with the documentation, as well as certain engineering work including localization handoff and handback engineering, localization tolls development, and so on.
Excellent communication skills are required, must be able to work independently but function as part of a localization team.
Strong project management skill is a must.
6. Operation Director
