Title1:   ABAP PM  （上海）
Requirements:

a. At least 6 years ABAP experience and 2 years project management experience.
b. Good English or Japanese
c. Good communication skills and teamwork
d. Offshore development experience.
e. Familiar with SAP Modules

Responsibilities:

a. Lead a team with 30 developers or above
b. Do estimations and make schedule for programs assigned to his team
c. Monitor and control his team's development schedule
d. Review his team members' programs
e. Develop complex programs by himself when necessary
g. Bring up his team members with knowledge transfer, on job training, knowledge share workshop etc.



Title2:  BW PM （上海、广州）
Requirements:

a. At least 5 years SAP BW experience and 2 years project management experience.
b. Excellent English, can communicate in English fluently.
c. Good communication skills and teamwork
d. Offshore development experience.


Responsibilities:

a. Lead a team with 20-30 developers or above
b. Do estimations and make schedule for programs assigned to his team
c. Monitor and control his team's development schedule
d. Review his team members' programs
e. Develop complex programs by himself when necessary
g. Bring up his team members with knowledge transfer, on job training, knowledge share workshop etc.
