Responsibilities:
1.
Taking up a coordinating role in ERP project scheduling and resources, report project progress, ensure cross department communication 2.
Support on business process analysis 3.
Act as module leader on certain ERP modules and keep on taking up a coordinating role after the implementation 4.
Serve as the key conduit between business users for requirements analysis and IT for implementation design
5.
Responsible for IT SOX compliance. Communicate and work with internal/external audit team on an annual basis, assists with preparation of a thorough and documented compliance plan, incorporates the results of a compliance risk assessment process as well as identified opportunities for improvement. Qualifications:
1.
University or college degree 2.
Experienced in multi-national company 3.
2-3 years experience in an ERP-environment. Experience with SAP is an asset 4.
Deep understanding of corporate IT compliance requirements such as SOX. Working knowledge of critical business flows (including inventory, supply chain and manufacturing, etc.). 5.
Energetic and enthusiastic; good problem-solving; highly organized; handle multiple tasks at the same time 6.
Self-motivated with high initiative; acts at all times ethically; honestly; is reliable and trustworthy 7.
Fluent English
