上海外企SAP FI/CO 内部顾问职位，详细JD请入内！！

We have established a global SAP Competence Center to support our productive R/3 template solution.
The combination of applications and business process know how we see as one of our core competencies for our support organization. Within our SAP Competence Center we are looking for an experienced SAP system expert to strengthen our Applications Support team with functional and configuration skills in the Finance
and Controlling (Fi/Co) module and related business processes.

The team is responsible for providing support for our local SAP super users at the APAC and Indian sites for processes within Sales, Engineering, Planning, Production, Procurement, Warehousing and Quality, analyze issues and adjust configuration of our global SAP template to meet these requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Acts as a SAP functional module expert for Fi/Co as part of an integrated business solution
·
Analyses and resolves issues within the existing global template solution
·
Analyses change requests and develops solutions using business process expertise
·
Configures and documents changes to resolve production problems
·
Documents changes
·
Creates functional specifications for change requests
·
Utilizes suitable testing and quality monitoring procedures; assumes responsibility for the quality of developed business solution (process and SAP configuration)
·
Conducts super user trainings
·
Participate in global improvement and process redesign projects


Module Specific Process Qualifications:
You must have a minimum of 3 years experience with SAP R/3, application expertise and system configuration knowledge in Fi/Co.


Skills and Abilities:

·
Bachelors degree desirable; equivalent experience will be considered
·
Hands on experience within global SAP implementation projects, module configuration and set up
·
Broad experience across several SAP modules and integration points
·
Problem solving skills, customer focus and ability to think globally across key process areas
·
Current and up to date skills in specific module configuration
·
Excellent group facilitation, communication and training presentation skills
·
A high level of initiative and change management skills
·
English on negotiation level
·
Travel required up to 30%
·
Experience with SAP shared financial services would be very beneficial
