EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Primary Qualification: Engineering Graduate or Charted Account
- Secondary Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Management or Computer Application
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent ABAP skills
- Experience in Functional Design and Technical Design
- Fluent English/Japanese
- Excellent Communication skills
- Demonstrated capability as a team lead in Medium to large projects.
Secondary Skills
- Experience in Bid management/Pre-sales
- Experience of Global projects as onsite coordinator/technical lead
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Lead on Projects (Manage engagements)
- Providing leadership/ mentoring for team
- Involved in Bid Management
- Demonstrate creativity & thought leadership
- Act as trusted adviser to the customer
- Understand client requirement and assist in getting additional business from the client
- Independently plan and handle process workshops with the customer
- Manage customer expectations and avoid any escalations.
- Manage and effectively handle escalations on projects
- Should be able to manage and demonstrate capability to handle concurrent task.
- Operates autonomously and receives management direction as appropriate.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 7\8 IT years total experience with 5-8 years of SAP experience
- Experience of 3 years as a Project Technical Lead is a must.
- Must have worked for Large organizations or on large complex projects
