要求：
3年左右ABAP开发经验
英语或日语的基本交流或技术强（外语不限）
良好的沟通能力、团队合作能力以及学习能力
工作内容：
a. Lead a team with 3 developers or above
b. Do estimations and make schedule for programs assigned to his team
c. Monitor and control his team's development schedule
d. Review his team members' programs
e. Develop complex programs by himself when necessary
g. Bring up his team members with knowledge transfer, on job training, knowledge share workshop etc.

要求：
