Position: Business Analyst
Report to: Great China Application Manager
Responsibilities:
• Business process re-engineering-Able to assist the assigned process owners, experts and end user with the redesign of the business processes supported by the BPCS application. Responsibility includes helping the business to understand the functionality of BPCS.
• Requirement definition-Consults with customers in cross-functional areas to identify business needs. Assists customers in developing well-defined requirements to meet those needs and understand the cost or value to the organization of meeting the requirement.
• Solution design-Ability to translate solutions into comprehensive systems designs.
• Gap analysis-Ability to understand the user requirements and the variation to what can be achieved with the system design. Includes the ability to analyse the cost of the alternative solution in line with the business returns generated by the user requirement.
• Application configuration-Ability to configure the BPCS application.
• End user support-Work with the end-users to ensure that all problems, either system or process related are resolved to an agreed standard.
Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:
Previous BPCS experience across manufacture factory. Knowledge of general business and/or the IT System Development Methodologies. High energy. Adaptability to new, complex, and fast moving projects/requirements.
• Knowledge of ERP system.
• Familiar with BPCS.
• Have basic knowledge of development process.
• Ability to produce results in a matrix organization.
• Able to communicate clearly in the English, both written and verbal.
Experience/Education required/Sought:
• University degree, major in Information system or related, Master degree is a plus.
• Able to do query program using CGS SNA software.
Behavioral Competencies:

• Methodical approach to problems.
