clone 环境登录错误

刚clone'完一个环境，现在DB及APP层服务均可以正常启动，可访问首页http://prod.erp.com:8004,但是点击Apps Logon Links-----E-Business Home Page后，出现以下错误提示：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, erptest@erp.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
请高手指导。

我也以前碰见过
主要有几个地方
1、服务器db 用户、appl用户对目录的的权限问题
2、启动一下 adalnctl.sh starts，检查一下监听日志，把日志发上来看一下
3、 apche 配置有问题
