Set up a new organization hierarchy

组织的层次结构的定义是一个非常重要的部分。它不仅能够把企业错综复杂的组织结构有机的关联起来，而且使得这种错综复杂更有条理性，更有利于我们梳理组织与组织之间的关系。我把我对组织层次结构的理解整理如下：

[b]1.Oraganizaiton Name.[/b]
在我定义组织结构的时候，始终以为这个Organizaiton Name是自己输入的，但是怎么输也不行。后来查了官方文档后发现这里的这个文本框是用来查询的。从这里可以查询出你定义的Organization，并且为这个[b]顶层[/b]Organization定义下属组织(Subordinates)。

[b]2.Exists in Hierarchy (checkbox).
[/b]当我们定义了下属组织并保存后，这个复选框会自动选上。顾名思义，顶层Organization也是被默认为存在在组织层次结构中的。

3.Number of Subordinates.
顾名思义了，这个值代表的是顶层Oraganization所包含的下属组织的数目。

[b]4.Top Node Position Control Enabled.[/b]
Determine the top node for position control (the level at which position control
begins):
• To set the level at the highest organization so that position control is enabled for
all organizations, it is sufficient to check the Top Node Position Control Enabled
check box as in the previous step.
• To set the level so that position control begins at a subordinate level, choose
the organization in the Subordinate block and select Yes from the LOV in the
Position Control Enabled field.
• To exclude an organization that shouldn’t operate under position control
rules, choose the organization in the Subordinates block and select No from the LOV
in the Position Control Enabled field.

这里指的顶层Organization是一个相对的概念。Business Group绝对是一个层次结构的最顶层，这就意味着它不可能包含在任何顶层Organization下。其他组织结构可以充当既是顶层Organization也是下属组织的角色。
1.比如这里的Setup Business Group绝对是最高层.它的下面包含着7个下属组织（北京ERP100有限责任公司及其下属公司和部门）（1+6）
2.比如这里的北京ERP100有限责任公司既是顶层又是下属的角色。其下包含6个下属组织。

这个层次结构定义对业务操作流程是否有影响，我公司系统这部分没有进行设置，这会有什么不好之处，对实际业务操作。

除了 LZ 提供的方式可設定 organization hierarchy ，另外有圖形介面也可做到，個人認為以圖形操作更為直覺化
