第二堂课及总帐设置问题小集
第一堂课上得效果非常不错，课后作业做得也比较顺利。可是3月30日上课时家里的网络出奇慢，上半段时延竟半个小时，后半段时延也有十几分钟，整个过程完全成了“听课”，很是郁闷。鉴于这样的效果对
课程内容理解不多，作业无法开始，接下来要出差也无暇顾及。感谢北京的王世强同学上传了30日课程的
视频，原来总听不明白的内容集，一看视频就知道了，真是“百闻不如一见”！！！
作业从周三开始做，其中遇到以下问题：
1.设置段摘要时，系统提示：“Your list of values prompt is longer than your segment size. This may cause report and list of value columns to be wider than needer to display the data column. In some circumstances, the prompt may be truncated.”
现在不知会有什么后果和应如何补救
2.系统设置序列部分使用，在新建日记帐时，提示：“An assignment does not exist for these parameters. Cause: An attempt was made to find a sequence for this document flexfield. The profile option says Sequential Numbering is only partially used. Action: None is necessary unless you expected this document flexfield to have a sequence defined.
马恩来同学提醒定义单据序列并分配给账套，自己定义了一个Journal的序列并保存，但分配时找不到这个序列。
3.HZD_Book帐套设置后，在HRMS超级用户工作架构下去启用ERP100北京和上海OU时，Set of book框居然无法填入HZD_book,下拉键也没有其他选项，退不出来
4.给ERP100用户加了个ＨＺＤ＿ＳＨ＿ＧＬ超级用户，定义安全性并分配给他后，公司段仍可选其他如11，不知还有何设置

我現在是在建立報價單的時候出現這樣的異常，不知道樓主能不能詳細的告訴我這種問題的處理方法，我不明白系統里的序列號如何設置的。真希望能夠找到相關的文檔學習學習！
