IFS中产品版本详述
[font=Times New Roman][/font][font=宋体]任何[/font][font=Times New Roman]ERP[/font][font=宋体]产品的库存件都参在这样一个属性，即版本（[/font][font=Times New Roman]Revision[/font][font=宋体]）。虽然我不清楚在其他[/font][font=Times New Roman]ERP[/font][font=宋体]产品里库存件版本是如何定义和设置的，在这里我想就[/font][font=Times New Roman]IFS[/font][font=宋体]里的情况作一点浅析。[/font]
[font=Times New Roman]IFS[/font][font=宋体]里库存件的版本有两个地方显现，一个是在[/font][font=Times New Roman]Inventory Part\Revisions[/font][font=宋体]里，一个是在[/font][font=Times New Roman]Manufacturing Stanndards\Structures\Product Structure[/font][font=宋体]里。不过，后者的版本主要指的是[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]的版本，但间接勾记[/font][font=Times New Roman]Inventory[/font][font=宋体]的版本。[/font]
[font=宋体]在我们定义[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]之前会先将库存件导入到系统中，那么导入的时间也就是该件[/font][font=Times New Roman]Phase In[/font][font=宋体]的时间，在这里我们先来看看[/font][font=Times New Roman]Revisions[/font][font=宋体]页签里版本表中各字段的含义。（图一）[/font]

[font=Times New Roman]Revision:[/font]
[font=宋体]该字段表示版本代号。默认情况下的版本升级是逐级递增的，但也可以不按照默认的方法递增。你可以将[/font][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][font=宋体]版本直接升至[/font][font=Times New Roman]10[/font][font=宋体]版本。[/font]
[font=Times New Roman]Phase In:[/font]
[font=宋体]该字段表示该物料导入系统的时间，或者称为开始使用的时间，但此处的开始使用还需和后面的[/font][font=Times New Roman]Product Status[/font][font=宋体]结合起来。[/font]
[font=Times New Roman]Phase Out:[/font]
[font=宋体]该字段表示淘汰时间。[/font]
[font=Times New Roman]Revision Text:[/font]
[font=宋体]此处可以手工输入任意文本内容。实际作用是说明版本情况，或者直接用于表示文本内容的版本代号，如版本[/font][font=Times New Roman]RTC-1[/font][font=宋体]等等。[/font]
[font=Times New Roman]Product Status:[/font]
[font=宋体]此处有两个值显示：[/font][font=Times New Roman]In Effect\Not In Effect[/font][font=宋体]。这两个状态是根据[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]的状态自动生成的。只有在[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]处于[/font][font=Times New Roman]Plannable[/font][font=宋体]或者更高级的状态时该处的状态才是[/font][font=Times New Roman]In Effect[/font][font=宋体]。[/font]
[font=Times New Roman]Repair Status:[/font]
[font=宋体]该字段的值列表同上，但它对应的是当[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]为[/font][font=Times New Roman]Repair[/font][font=宋体]类型时的状态。[/font]
[font=Times New Roman]Eng Rev:[/font]
[font=宋体]该字段勾记的是[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]里的[/font][font=Times New Roman]Engineering Revision[/font][font=宋体]，此处可以手工输入以标记此物料的这个版本对应的是[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]的哪个工程版本。[/font]

[font=宋体]应该说这些字段从字面上看是比较好理解的，主要是在使用时会有一些细节上的东西需要注意。如前面提到的[/font][font=Times New Roman]Revision[/font][font=宋体]在默认情况下是逐级升级的，但你也可以通过手工修改的方式做跳级升级。此外，在[/font][font=Times New Roman]Product Status[/font][font=宋体]在[/font][font=Times New Roman]Not In Effect[/font][font=宋体]的状态下可以不要前版本的[/font][font=Times New Roman]Phase Out[/font][font=宋体]日期必须在后版本[/font][font=Times New Roman]Phase In[/font][font=宋体]日期之前（如图所示），但这种情况下你想使新版本生成的[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]从[/font][font=Times New Roman]Tentative[/font][font=宋体]的状态升级至高级状态时系统是不允许的，也即在这种情况下系统是不允许该物料的版本变成[/font][font=Times New Roman]In Effect[/font][font=宋体]状态的。[/font]
[font=宋体]前面提到，库存件的[/font][font=Times New Roman]Inventory Part Revision[/font][font=宋体]是和其[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]相关的，还有一个体现就是当你将[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]版本直接升级时（即[/font][font=Times New Roman]BOM[/font][font=宋体]中的[/font][font=Times New Roman]Copy Structure Revision[/font][font=宋体]，图2），你会发现在[/font][font=Times New Roman]Inventory [/font][font=Times New Roman]Part[/font][font=宋体]的[/font][font=Times New Roman]Revisions[/font][font=宋体]里会自动[/font][font=Times New Roman]Phase In[/font][font=宋体]一个新的版本，并将前面的版本[/font][font=Times New Roman]Phase out[/font][font=宋体]掉。[/font]
