分享：R12.0.0 升级到R12.0.4
几天没发贴了，这些天在忙着把系统升级到R12.0.4, R12初级版本真是做的很差。听说，R12.0.4是目前来说相对比较稳定的版本，接下来得好好测测。下面就是我做这个升级的一些步骤，供各位参考。中间省略了下载补丁及上传文件到服务器的过程。Here is the steps:
1.Download patch 6510214 R12.AD.A.delta.4 which is the prerequisition patch for 6435000
The addbctl.sh is run to shutdown the database as part of a backup process.
2.download the patch 6435000
Required Code levels This patch requires additional code levels to have been successfully applied to your system before it can be applied. These code levels,as at the time that this patch was built, are listed below. Please check Oracle[i]Metalink[/i] to determine if any of these have been superseded[list][*]R12.AD.A.delta.4[/list]3. shutdown all applications

4. apply patch 6510214
4.1. Create $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/admin on the database server. 4.2. Copy adgrants.sql (UNIX) from this patch directory to $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/admin.
4.3. Set the environment to point to ORACLE_HOME on the database server. 4.4. Use SQL*Plus to run the script: UNIX: $ sqlplus /nolog SQL> connect / as sysdba SQL> @$ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/admin/adgrants.sql <APPLSYS schema name>

4.5 adpatch ......... apply u6510214
5. apply patch 6435000
5 .1 enable maintainance mode
5.2 adpatch
5.3 disable mainatainance mode
5.4 cd $INSTL_TOP/admin/scripts/
5.5 adstrtal.sh apps/apps
6. test the functionality 步骤不全
All customers must apply patch 6742236 to resolve an issue when loading Forms pages, noting in particular the post-installation requirements.
还有更新appsutil.zip
个别模块还有单独的补丁要打，
ORACLE建议打点四PATCH之前把DB和app的CUPJAN2008PATCH先打好

完全赞同上面的观点，欢迎补充 有空整理一下发上来，如果是安装12.0.0的话：db应该是10.2.0.2，APP为10.1.2.0.2、10.1.3，四月份出的CPUPATCH就不支持了，DB需要升到10.2.0.3，APP需要升到10.1.2.2.0。
还有三周就出下一个rup PATCH了，现在可以准备一下DB和APP的升级了
