a problem in application 7.5
Please take a look at the below case. This SO has four operations, the last two operations are subcontract operation. When we receive shop order, we would not take operation report, especially this kind of so that outsourcing operation involved. Usually we will cancel the operation of outsourcing then receive this SO, otherwise the system don’t allow us to do receiving. The problem is that this SO’s subcontract operation has not been done the complete report, but we can see that the operation status is Partially Report. And because that we cannot cancel this operation in SO. I did a test, it runs smoothly with below procedure:release SO -> reserve SO -> report operation#10 & #20 (operation #10 & #20 closed automatically) -> ship WIP materials for opeartion#30 (opeartion#30 status changed to in process) -> register full po arrvial of operation#30(operation#30 closed automatically) -> ship WIP materials for operation#50(operation#50 status changed to in process) -> register full po arrival of operation#50(operation#50 closed automatically) ->manual receive full SO( SO closed automatically) ->end
I did it in application7.5. can you say any gap between your SO handling procedure and the above one? can you describe your procedure so we can know where on earth the problem is? we also need a applied procedure of outsourcing what is your applied procedure, could you pls share your idea and discussed here
