R12模块实施记录（Sorry，我的老板现在让我作HRMS了，这个工作暂停了）

前几天一个朋友帮我安装了一套R12，打算在一个月的时间内，抽周末的时间将R12实施一下。之前在11i上实施过财务模块，现在打算将财务，人事，订单都作一遍，如果再有时间就将CRM也看看。
打算每天推出一点点。


主要的方案如下：
1.以ERP100论坛的业务为主要的实施模型，并且模拟两个公司（总公司为：北京erp100公司，上海分公司为分公司），在ERP中，分公司是一个独立的业务实体(OU)，不是法律实体。

组织为:
100 北京ERP100公司-汇总段
101 北京ERP100公司
102 上海分公司

2.财务模块所有子模块均实施。
主要业务描述为：
1）Expense Report：模拟员工报销差旅费，导入AP发票，然后过账到GL。
2)  AP：将国庆培训购买的测试服务器(大约花费2665 CNY)入账，在系统中录入供应商，并利用现金支票付款，然后过账到GL和FA。
3)  FA：之前购买的测试服务器通过“固定资产中转”科目导入FA，并计提折旧，然后传递到GL。
4)  CE：作现金调节。
5)   GL：核对子模块的数据。按照员工进行日记账水电费分摊，FSG 报表等等。

在R12和11i中对所有者权益科目的账户类型翻译的不是一样，在导入的会计科目的时候注意一下：

11i：

设置业务组的界面

两个最小工作年龄，很明显的翻译错误。
不过我测试了一把，第二个最小，应该为最大工作年龄。
这里的设置用于限制HR模块中的录入员工。比如满足   sysdate-员工生日 介于最小年龄和最大年龄之间。

法律实体设置

这个界面中：雇主身份证号码一般填写，企业的纳税登记证的号码。不过也可以填写：全国组织机构代码。
不过貌似填了也没有太大的用处。至少标准的模块没有怎么使用这个字段。
